1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

3. Services
The Photographer agrees to provide the services discussed prior to the event or session. Any additional requests may be subject to extra charges.

4. Delivery
Final images are delivered within the agreed timeframe. The number of delivered images depends on the package or prior agreement.

5. Editing Style
The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s style. Images are edited accordingly, and no unedited files (RAW) will be delivered.

6. Usage Rights
The Photographer retains the copyright of all images. The client receives a personal or commercial usage license, depending on the agreement.

7. Image Use
The Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, etc.), the Photographer will do their best to find a replacement or provide a refund.

9. Travel & Expenses
Travel costs may apply depending on the location and will be discussed in advance.
